Jays is unique in that they generally work by appointments, and their planning keeps them timely and assures efficient service. I appreciate Jays friendliness and consistency of service. I have never felt like they were unnecessarily upcharging me or gauging me and sincerely appreciate their honesty!!! Great place to trust your car or truck with!

Did my research on the problem I was having. Came in. They immediately told me they couldn't use the part I had ordered online, then went back and said they could use it, but would need to do an $85 research period on the codes and my car. Immediately said forget it, and went somewhere else. Not like they don't have competition around here.

Jays was friendly, helpful, and flexible. I really appreciate the time they took to talk to me about my tires, and search for the best deal for me. This is the type of service you hope for and rarely find. When I finally ordered them the installed them right on time. Great job. They will definitely be my go to garage in town!!

I've been going to Jay's since I found them after I moved to WV (about 2.5 years ago). Each time I enter the building I have the same experience. A warm, friendly, genuine greeting by the employees/owner, fair pricing, excellent work, and while I am waiting for my vehicle, I am treated like family.
