My snowplow quit working with snow still on the roads. Jays allowed me to bring it in on short notice and repaired it that same day. I brought it in at 2:00pm and was plowing by 4:00pm. I have trusted Jays to work on my vehicles for over ten years. Thanks Jays Automotive for the reliable, knowledgeable service!!!

They are always ready to help you as fast as they can. Many times I have needed something done ASAP and they are right there to help ! I had my car towed there today at 4 pm and need it for an appointment on Thursday morning. The car could not have been there 20 minutes and they were on the phone letting me know they could have it fixed so I would not have to cancel my appointment. I am sure this can not always be the case, but I can say they are always giving all that they can. I would tell anyone I know to use Jay's Automotive. Wonderful People !

Stupid car sounded like I was driving around dragging a bunch of pots and pans...uggggg..I called your business and was to,d to stop by and your crew would Che k it out...oh my...the noise stopped and your crew could find nothing wrong...I felt very relieved when I left your shop.. And they noticed I needed an inspection...a big thank you to your crew for top notch customer service...

Excellent customer service, and they resolve problems on the spot. I came in with a burned out bearing on the alternator, expecting to have to make an appointment for sometime in the next week or two of my very packed-out December schedule. I left with the problem 100% fixed 55 minutes later, an outcome I absolutely did not expect.
