Timely. Got to work @ appointment time; finished promptly. I sat outside in a bit of shade to wait because I did not know whether everyone there was vaccinated.

As usual Jay's got us in looking at three different vehicles for the family on short notice. They worked with a warranty company for one and got the repairs authorized. All work is complete and the vehicles are running great after all was finished.

Expeditious service. Friendly folks. Satisfied once again!

My recent appointment was for the annual inspection of my Jeep. My Jeep was taken in as scheduled. Everything was fine for another year:-). It is always appreciated to be educated about my vehicle; keeps it running smoothly! And it's always nice to catch up with Chris and Karen. Thank you for keeping my 2001 Jeep running in tip top shape:-)
