My wife and I moved to Charles Town last year and Jay's was recommended to us when my wife's car broke down. Best recommendation so far. The team at Jay's deliver quality work in a timely fashion, and can explain the hows and whys of what they're doing to non-mechanically inclined in simple terms so their clients know they are not being taken advantage of. Great shop. Great team.

Been going here for years. Always get me in with a quick appointment time, wait times are rarely long while work is done, and the staff is always friendly and helpful (even offered me use of a desk as I was working on my computer while waiting). Top notch all around.
