I just moved to West Virginia and needed to get a state inspection done. During the inspection, I needed back breaks and rotors repaired. Jay’s did such a great job answering all of my questions and concerns. He also showed me what the part looked like and why it needed repaired. Karen is so nice! The team there makes you feel heard and welcomed!

We’ve been going to Jay’s for over 20 years since moving to WV. They have always been accomodating and efficient. Their follow up is good and they let you know what they did on your vehicle. They will always let you know of anything that may need replaced or repaired.

At one time or another over the past twenty years, Jay's has done each one of the repairs I have listed, and probably more. All were done professionally, timely, and for a reasonable price! I take everything to Chris and Karen, and look forward to it!
