I've been using Jay's for my auto repairs for about a decade now. Fair prices on parts and labor, and they are also no-nonsense and direct in their diagnostics. Even picked me up to get my car when I was without a ride. Really decent mechanics, is what I'm saying.

I needed my car to go out of town. Unexpectedly, the check oil indicator came on, two days before I needed to leave. Jay’s worked on the car with short notice. Basically fit me in one day after I contacted them. Work was completed quickly and my car was available sooner than planned. They were extremely helpful and it was great customer service to help me out on short notice!

Over priced: charged me 83.78 for an air filter and 68.75 for a cabin filter. Should have just gone to Walmart, could have saved myself 121.53. Will not be back.
