Great locally owned business. I’ve known Chris for a long time and if there’s one thing he knows, it’s cars. If you’re looking for the cheapest guy in town go somewhere else but if you want an honest opinion on your car and want the work done right he’s your mechanic.

As a tour company owner i have to have vehicles that are in compliance with state anx federal guidelines. I took my 15 passenger mini bus to Jay's for a check up and inspection because they have experience with multi-passenger vehicles where safety and adherence to laws is paramount. They were efficient, professional, fairly priced, and paid attention to every detail. They are doing all of my fleet maintenance and repair work.

I had a tire blowout and the same day they were able replace all tires. I also requested for a wheel alignment and they gave me a computer printout and explained how off my tires were. That was reassuring and a big plus for me.

During a routine service the professionals at Jays Automotive discovered an issue with my drivetrain and notified immediately and were able to gather the necessary parts. It’s scheduled to go back next week for the repair, thanks to their staff taking the extra time to look it over they have saved me thousands in future repairs. Sure I can change my own oil, but I would have definitely missed this fast approaching failure. Jays is a straight to the point, professional and experienced shop! I trust them to keep my family vehicles on the road!
