i have not had major repairs done by Jays but when i have had the need to stop by their shop they are always friendly, their appointments are on time and they are knowledgeable about their business.
Have been a customer for 21 yrs, so think that tells it all !!!!! They have always been there to help in any way possible to keep my 6-7 vehicles over that time frame, in good condition, with both routine maintenance and those untimely issues that we all have with our cars :)
As always, I am treated very respectfully whenever I take my Jeep in for servicing. My most recent visit was for an oil change and installation of a new filter. With the continuation of the Covid-19 concerns, Jay's has adjusted slightly the way customers are greeted but it is very efficient and little to no inconvenience to their loyal customers such as myself. Karen was kind enough to work up an estimate for a switch replacement and forwarded it to me so I have a record of the estimated charge when it's time to get it done. I trust the advice and care I am afforded to keep my 2001 Jeep running in tip top shape. I would definitely recommend them for your car care needs. Thank you so much.
I take my Volvo there each year, great service without “dealership” up charge. Just took the Ford in for tire replacement. Very happy with the BF Goodrich recommendation from Chris.
