Replaced a bad alternator. Charged double price for parts. Now my trunks power lift gate doesn't work anymore. Not to mention the mechanic smokes and spreads the smell all throughout our car. We are asthmatic and have to get it professionally desmoked. Would not recommend unless you like getting ripped off.

That Was My daughter-in-law that had her the car inspected. When I need my car inspected I will come to Jay's Automotive. My son also has his car inspected at Jay's when it is due. The car you inspected yesterday is registered under my son's name and he is Jr. I wish I never gave him my name as we get mixed up so often. Any way my daughter-in-law told me every thing was good and since all 3 of us come to Jay's for service the speaks for it self.

I didnt use them this time because i found the service at a lesser price. The timely with getting back to me to inform me about what they found.

$117 to run engine codes I Can almost overlook, but Then offering 100 for the car that scrap value including tow gave me 400 is disrespectful. There are better places to go

We recently moved our operations to a business park near Jay's Automotive. When it came time to have service maintenance performed on our company box truck, I asked several locals if they had any suggestions. Jay's Automotive came highly recommended. We've used them twice so far and based on those appointments, they are our service maintenance provider of choice. Locally owned and operated is also a plus.
