I have been using Jays for the past 4-5 years, and they’ve done both minor (oil changes and tire repairs), periodic scheduled maintenance items and major repairs. I always found them to be personable and professional to their customers. They never padded the bill and have frequently made recommendations to help me save money for what I wanted to have done.. Recently I had a periodic maintenance done on my Ford Expedition which two other shops had quoted at hundreds more than Jays. I have only had a callback once, with a balancing job on new tires, both otherwise have been extremely pleased with Jays.
