My car had an internal vacuum leak that was hard to track down. The car kept stalling when idling. The problem took multiple visits to fix as the onboard computer gave vague clues at best as to the cause. I got the appointment times that worked for me. The problem was solved and my car runs like new. The price while not cheap was reasonable and the work first rate.

It’s good to have a business that is dependable and efficient. I’ve never had a bad experience at Jay’s and the staff is always friendly and professional. You can have a conversation about anything. There is no pressure sale approach like I’ve found at many Dealerships. Can’t say enough about how pleased I am.

We went there due to our oil reading low on the dip stick. We had just travelled 600 miles from Michigan. They pulled the car in right away. Diagnosed the problem and explained the results thoroughly. Only charged us the cost of the oil, 4 dollars and 9 cents. Will definitely come back when in West Virginia again.
