They are always courteous to me, prompt in getting my Jeep in for the task at hand, and explain anything I have questions about or need to know. Many dealerships tend to be a hit-or-miss proposition - where pushing through cars as fast as possible seems to be the goal. Jay's has developed a loyal following, and for good reason. These guys listen to your needs, and they know cars. Will be going back.

Excellent service! Staff is very friendly and efficient; I am usually in and out quickly. They also never try and "up-sell" me on extra products and services I do not need nor have requested.
