I am a repeat customer and have always had a great experience at Jay’s. They are on-time and have fair prices. I’m very particular about where I take my vehicles for service as I do most of my work myself. They’ve never tried to up sell anything or try and find more repairs. They did let me know about some issues during the annual inspection that needed correction which were spot-on. I’m more than satisfied.

Good shop for those in need. I'm very grateful to Jay's for getting my vehicle in and repaired on short notice. I'm not likely to go back, but this is mostly due to the pricing. They seem to be on the higher side (comparable to a dealership service department).
