Took truck in for general maintenance, oil change, and tire rotation. Staff was very friendly and kept me well informed of any issues found and changed the cabin air filter that I was completely unaware of. Excellent service that you only get from locally and private owned businesses. I received better and more thorough service than I had previously received at the dealer. Highly recommend.

On my way to work my car began to misfire. I brought it into Jay’s where they quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair price to fix it. I came in close to closing and had to get a ride that showed up about 40 minutes after they had closed. The employees stayed there so I was able to stay in the building until my ride got there.

Showed up at Jay's a few minutes early for my appointment. They started in processing my truck immediately and drove it into the bay to start the alignment. Did a very good job. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Price was fair. Satisfied with the visit.
