Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and downright honest guys. My engine seized up completely while traveling with my family and they helped me diagnose the issue at no charge, and provided all the resources I needed to get it covered under warranty at the dealership. I couldn’t believe they would go so far out of their way to help us and we are beyond grateful we had our vehicle towed here. Just the utmost kindest dudes. Thanks again Chris and team.

I've been going to Jay's since 1995 ranging from new vehicles to my good old 2002 F150. They are really knowledgeable and it's a family run business for decades. They diagnose the problem, tell you what it should cost and that's the case for 99% of my visits. Things come up and I would get a call that I needed an additional part. As someone who can break down a vehicle and rebuild it I know that when you fix something, you will find damage you don't expect. I would send anyone there and feel that I'm safe that you won't get robbed and it will be done right. I like that when I bring my truck in they point out the things I need to fix that are not necessary broken yet. Great auto shop all around 👌

I was really impressed with Jay’s automotive. Other mechanics in the area did useless repairs that cost me a lot of money. Jay’s did the diagnostic work and thoroughly explained what was wrong. Jay’s is a mechanic you can trust!

I thought that everyone was very friendly. I am not sure if it was the owner but there is a lady who works at the front office. She was so amazing and helpful. Unfortunately I failed my inspection because I need breaks. I told them I would not be able to afford their price and I would have to come back later after I get that taken care of. Not one person tried to talk me out of my decision. Not one person in that place made me feel guilty like most shops will. Everyone was so understanding and I can't honestly say, as a woman this is a place that will not manipulate you! I will be coming here from now on in the future with any and all problems I have that I am unable to do myself. Thanks guys for being so friendly and understanding. Merry Christmas 🎄

This is my first time at Jay's automotive and I am satisfied customer! Was introduced to Jay's by the former owner of my car, and I thought it would be a good idea to continue service at the same location, Even though I live more than 30 mi away. Smart decision. They knew all about my car and its history and were able to recommend a number of different strategies and defer some things I plan to do because it have been done recently. Everybody seems honest, and they do their work quickly and well. I give them my stamp of approval!

Went for vehicle inspection. Very smooth process and will definitely go back with my other cars.
