The phone service ordering the tires was great. The young lady that helped me was very courteous and knowledge. I would definitely use them again.

Everyone is great here at Jay’s Automotive. I moved here 8 years ago and had trouble finding a reputable place to take my Jeep Wrangler. I spoke to Chris a few years ago and felt confident that they could take care of any repair my Jeep needed. They are straightforward abs honest. Love this place!!

They were honest and did a great job. I just went in for an oil change and inspection and had no issues. They were great with other customers while I was there too

Once again Chris and his team did a great job with my wife's truck. He has worked miracles on our older trucks so we trust him with our new Silverado.

After reading all the so-called positive reviews. Chatting with the tech on the phone he insured me that my car was able to be serviced by this service center. Just needed an air intake pump that was all nothing else. I dropped my car off and checked on it through out the day like any other person would. I was told over and over that it was fine and would be ready that day. Great so I thought. I called back around 2pm that same to make sure it was ready . The lady that answered the phone could not answer anything about my car but yet spoke with her several times that day. She passed me over to whom was suppose to be called the owner. He stated that he could not work on my car because it was modified. No "cat" means you cant replace a pump WOW. We had a whole conversation before I wasted my time setting up an appointment. His response to me He forgot to ask about modifications. Somehow that became my issue. My car sat the whole day and NEVER move so the lad that told me it was getting worked on also lied! If you can't work on cars just say so but DON'T- WASTE- PEOPLES-TIME- BECAUSE YOU- CAN'T -DO -WORK. Again all that was needed was an air intake pump. God forbid I changed the spark plugs or clean my engine bay guess that would be a total engine overhaul. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. WASTE OF TIME.
