Jay's is my new place to go for anything auto! Brough one of my SUV's in for a new tire and balance, talked through my options and he had the tire the next day and I was able to drop the vehicle off the night before (huge help especially with a newborn at home)! While he was working on my first SUV, I had questions about my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and he said he would take a look under the hood when I came to pick up my other car. He went above and beyond and researched the entire issue with documentation and gave me recommendations on next steps! I expected someone to pop the hood and charge me an arm and a leg to 'take a look' but they actually did homework and helped me more than I could have asked! Really great guys, helpful, knowledgeable, easy to work with, will be coming back for future work. Thanks guys!

I tried a few area shops before settling on Jay's. They are always courteous, respectful, straightforward, and accommodating. I trust them the most, hands down, which is what really counts in my book. They don't make a lot of money off me but they have earned my respect and good will. I'm so grateful to have found an honest shop.
