Made an appointment. Came in for inspection.. took all but 15 mins and was on my way. Friendly staff!

I took my car in for an estimate and they got back to me promptly. They wanted to replace a bunch of parts that didn't need to be replaced. The price was a bit expensive as well. Nice people but I was able to get it done elsewhere for half the cost.

I took my car to Jay’s when I could not get an appointment at my usual place and would have to wait 3 weeks. They did a great job at a reasonable price. Since then I have taken my car to Jay’s 4 times each time for different things and each time the work was quickly and correctly.
