Before my appointment, I called to ask if I could wait while my vehicle was being serviced, and the staff was very accommodating. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and clearly informed about the inspection process. During my visit, I had the opportunity to observe interactions between staff and other customers, and I was impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and respect shown to everyone. A special thank you to Jessie, who was managing the office. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. I was originally referred to Jay’s Automotive by a neighbor, and I’m happy to add my recommendation as well. Based on this experience, I feel confident returning for future vehicle maintenance and repairs, knowing I’ll be treated fairly and that the work will be done right the first time.
