Knowing a great mechanic is invaluable, and the folks at Jay's are terrific! More importantly, they are trustworthy. I have an 18-year old Hyundai van with over 150,000 miles, which I recently brought to Jay's for an annual service. Chris and Karen know that I am trying to keep the van on the road for another two years and they could have easily told me that all sorts of repairs - brakes, spark plugs, suspension, etc. - were necessary to keep the van running. The van is old and beat up and I wouldn't have known any better if Jay's had presented me with a long list of work that needed to be done. However, Chris said that the only work needed was to replace the transmission fluid. That kind of integrity and quality work builds customer loyalty and I will continue to bring my vehicles to Jay's for services and repairs.

Picture this, your a few hundred miles from home. Its almost 100 degrees outside on your way back for work. Belt blows, shreds it. Wrapping around your power steering pump and destroying it. Here you are on the side of the road stranded in an unfamiliar place. Tensioner gone, belt gone, power steering gone, no ac, engine overheating no tools with you and nobody to call. Look up mechanic shops near me. Get towed to this shop. The guys had it done in 1 day! All new parts and within 12 hours was on the road again with absolutely 0 issues. Outstanding shop! Chris was honest explained everything that was going on and kept in touch the entire time with updates. 10 out of 10.
