Wonderful customer service, very polite and they take the time to explain everything they do. They do speedy work and my husband and I feel they are honest, not trying to take advantage of customers. We will continue to take our vehicles to this shop.

I called Chris and explained I had just purchased.a used vehicle with a bad AC compressor. Chris gave me an estimate to replace and explained that there could be other unknown issues. He said if he ran into any problems he would let me know. The work was completed very promptly and I now have AC! Chris and his team were very professional and efficient. Highly recommend for any repair work!

Great locally owned business. I’ve known Chris for a long time and if there’s one thing he knows, it’s cars. If you’re looking for the cheapest guy in town go somewhere else but if you want an honest opinion on your car and want the work done right he’s your mechanic.

As a tour company owner i have to have vehicles that are in compliance with state anx federal guidelines. I took my 15 passenger mini bus to Jay's for a check up and inspection because they have experience with multi-passenger vehicles where safety and adherence to laws is paramount. They were efficient, professional, fairly priced, and paid attention to every detail. They are doing all of my fleet maintenance and repair work.

I had a tire blowout and the same day they were able replace all tires. I also requested for a wheel alignment and they gave me a computer printout and explained how off my tires were. That was reassuring and a big plus for me.
