The workmen at Jay's Automotive were super patient, informative and thorough, explaining a complex situation about my car to me in layman terms that made me feel affirmed and comfortable with my car repair decision. This is now my "main" repair shop, over a certain other auto repair shop in Charles Town that shall remain nameless here for now. Highly recommend.

I went for 4 Tires change, front and rear brake pads, rotors change, oil change, tire alignment. The service was done within 3.5 hours and was done properly.
