I had my vehicle inspected and unfortunately it failed due to critical issues. The vehicle was fraudulently inspected in VA and passed. Tim was able to note ALL the discrepancies and saved the VA sticker so I could follow up to return the unsafe vehicle.

They are always efficient and pleasant.

First time there. Called in morning and they got me in afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. No issues. Everyone in office was pleasant and I’d use them again.

We've been using Jay's Automotive for about 3 years since moving into the Ranson, WV area. They have been great. My appointment this week was to get my tires balanced and wheels aligned as my car was making road noise after a fender-bender I had in August. They did this work, but also let me know that my rear brakes were in need of pads and that the noise I was hearing was due to a bad wheel bearing. They gave me a quote for what it would take to get those issues addressed in the future, without any pressure. They are always prompt and courteous and I know the work will be done with excellent quality. I highly recommend them for automotive needs.

Chris and Karen are always super. I can't recommend Jay's Automotive enough- will keep trusting them for my wheels for sure.
