I had a coolant leak on the intake of my 4.6 F-150 that was causing issues with my coil packs and spark plugs. This was a job that I didn't want to take to just any ol' lube shop. I wanted folks that knew what they were doing. From my first call with them, they seemed familiar with my issue and said they have guys that could handle this kind of work. They were able to fit me in, in a timely manner, set my expectations for how long it would take and how much it might cost, and called me before doing any additional work or buying any additional parts. It was a great experience all around, just having a shop keep me informed throughout the process to avoid any unwanted surprises. They were always conscious about my money, which was nice. Also, they warranty their work, which they were upfront and open about. Overall, it was a great experience. They got me in and out quickly, had open communication throughout the process, and my truck is running great now. I look forward to using them in the future.
