Jay’s was the last place I was going to visit to try to get my WV inspection done. The previous two places were overbooked with no spaces left at 11am. One place even told me to make an appointment and they could get me in in a day or two. When I dropped in at Jay’s however, the receptionist calmly let me know that she had a 10:30 no-show, so she might be able to get me in. Not only did they get me in, but I wasn’t there for longer than 35 minutes. What exceptional service!

Had my vehicle inspection done at Jay Automotive and had me in and out very quickly. Great customer service! highly recommend.

They are crooks. My mother took her car there for ac problems. Told her it was a 6hr job and had to take the dash off. $1,450.00.. I knew it was bull. Took it to my mechanic and was done in 1hr for $125.....please get a 2nd opinion if you take your car here. They should be shutdown

I was over 1000 miles from home with my car, traveling from Minneapolis to Ranson. In Wheeling WV, as I was pulling into a rest stop to sleep for a few hours, I heard my brakes grinding. I made it to Ranson WV. I looked for a repair shop and saw that Jays was a family owned business and I felt in my gut I could trust them. Chris answered the phone, he got me in by 1pm that day and I was back on the road by 4pm in time to celebrate my son's birthday that evening. I was informed of what was wrong and both rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. He gave me the option to pay for the inspection and do it myself or have them do it. They told me the price and there was no question, I had them do it! Thank you Jay's automotive for being an honest family business. Forever grateful, Stephanie High

Excellent. Chris spent time over the phone talking through and explaining anything I asked about my vehicle before I brought it in. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t want. He was the opposite of a pushy salesman. I would definitely trust him with you’re maintenance needs.
