We live in Martinsburg. I bought my wife a Tesla, and because it was purchased out of state, it needed a WV inspection. She called multiple places and kept getting dates up to 2-3 weeks later. She also complained that the shops were rude. I decided to try Jefferson County, and you guys said to come over in the afternoon. We did, we’re serviced quickly, politely, and even had a tech show us a feature on the car. My hard to please wife said that she intends to use you guys in the future. Thanks!

Stay away from this shop!!! They will damage your car and refuse to take accountability or responsibility and fix what they damaged by not lifting the car properly and supporting the transmission and engine! BEWARE!!!!

We moved from Florida to Ranson WV in November last year, we had to get out vehicles inspection, we were recommended to Jay”s for the process, our experience was excellent in Florida you don’t have to get an inspection, very professional, fast and a great environments, now we know they have oil changes other mechanical services. Absolutely we recommend it
