Had my car towed here after I wasn’t able to drive it due to what looked like a mounting issue. They called me the next day and they seemed kind enough. He immediately tells me it’s going to be an insurance claim as most of the under portion of my car was damaged. Asked me what I had hit and I had hit a very shallow pot hole but that’s it. Was waiting on a quote from Scott’s auto body shop, which is apparently owned by jays, to get to my insurance company but while waiting I took a look at the reviews and just didn’t get a good feeling. Had it towed to Subaru and they told me only one of the issues they mentioned was true. So a repair that would have cost over 10k was only $525. Subaru advised me to never take it back to whatever repair shop I had taken it to. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
