I’m fairly new to the area and have tried a few different auto shops, but I’m really glad I found this one. They’ve been honest, thorough, upfront, and dependable, and that means a lot to me. I’ve always had family members who took care of my cars, so having to rely on a local shop is a little new for me. Finding a place where I feel comfortable and know I’m being treated honestly is really important. This shop has given me that peace of mind. They take the time to explain things, do thorough work, and I never feel pressured into something I don’t need. I’m really grateful I found them and feel good knowing I have a shop I can trust and depend on.

Quoted $13680 for used engine with 85k miles. Ford replacing with new for $13692 with loaner car included. Lacking on follow up and communication. Great place for an oil change!

Newer residents of Charles Town, referred by a friend to Jay's to get a car inspection. The employees were so friendly and took care of us quickly. After we paid, they asked us to come back if we needed other services. We took our vehicle for a oil change and tire rotation. The work they do is fast and efficient.
