A friend referred me here. Ive been using them for about 2 years. It can be challenging to find a shop you trust. Especially as a woman. Ive always gotten good, reliable, efficient service and will continue to use them. They even helped me locate another company to purchase and install a bed cover for my truck. They did not benefit from that in any way but took the time to research the internet while I was waiting.

My wife was on a work trip out of state with car troubles. Called a few places and jays was the only one to get her in that day. The next day car issues were gone. Didn't try to up sell me or anything did what was needed. Awesome service and the owners were amazing to deal with!! Thank u again!! Would highly recommend 👌

Not from that part of WV and had to get my motorcycle inspected. Everyone was very nice with exceptional service. Thank you all for getting me in that quick. Will definitely refer y'all.

We live in Martinsburg. I bought my wife a Tesla, and because it was purchased out of state, it needed a WV inspection. She called multiple places and kept getting dates up to 2-3 weeks later. She also complained that the shops were rude. I decided to try Jefferson County, and you guys said to come over in the afternoon. We did, we’re serviced quickly, politely, and even had a tech show us a feature on the car. My hard to please wife said that she intends to use you guys in the future. Thanks!
