This place is AH-MAZING! So for many years I took my cars here for service. I stopped because my son got a job at another shop. Began taking my cars there. Well, I decided to go to Jay's for my boss's car to have his AC diagnosed and repaired. To say the least, it was done so thorough, they were also very honest and transparent throughout the appointment. It was fixed and works like a charm. Jessie was the one who took care of me. I am so pleased with all aspects of this business. Definitely a 5star rating!!!!

Very friendly staff with fast, reliable, and thorough service definitely will use them again and recommend them very fair pricing as well.

Great shop, amazing customer service, amazing technicians and team. Got me in quickly, got parts quickly and back on my way. I was just passing through on a moving journey and they were able to assist with no time taken away from my travel plans. Thank you.

Took my van there for the first time with A/C issues I'd tried to fix myself, figuring it needed a flush and a full recharge. Their diagnosis matched, they did the work in excellent time, and now the A/C works better than ever. Wonderful group of people to work with — I'll definitely be back.

worst customer service. not sure how you get to a positive post when they are overpriced and rude. took my truck into the shop to share with me a cost to replace a wire harnest in the door for $900. when I said no. Jay's refused to do rest of the work.. like tire rotation, balance, check front end. instead they said we no longer have time to do that and come get it. They charged me $254 and nothing was fixed. Pure theft if you ask me.

$250 delivers alot of groceries, today we paid $250 and received our truck back not repaired. So disappointed in the service I received at Jay's. Brought my husbands truck in for an electrical issue on the driver's side door and window. They removed the panel only to tell me the repair would be $900 to order the part and repair . While the panel was off they never tried splicing the wire, or sautering for repair- which they told me could be an option! Instead, they charged my husband $250 and we are no better off than we were before we arrived! What a rip off, again, $250 maybe nothing to you, but for me, it buys alot of food. The guy who called me about the truck wanting to know if they should order the part NEVER explained to me that there would be a $250 charge for just looking at the truck. We knew it was electrical, that's obvious- Becareful taking your vehicle to this shop!

Big rip off. Be cautious. Do not take your vehicle to Jay's unless you have fun money you want to blow. You would do better burning it at the casino. Go somewhere else for your next repair. Are you may get a big surprise that will cost you $254 just to tell me something that I already knew and nothing was fixed because I didn't want to pay $900 so he throws a change in there for $254. Theft if you ask me.
