Jesse was very polite, professional, and respectful during the entire transaction. Only reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is because they were going to charge me twice the hourly rate to do spark plugs because my pickup was lifted and had a large bumper instead of just an inconvenience fee like most shops, WV consumer act specifically prohibits this. That aside they quickly diagnosed and identified the issue going on and were easy to work with the entire time even though I chose not to do business with them.

I recently moved from Loudoun County to West Virginia, and am loving every minute. One big reason , business like a Jay Auto motive treat you like family. I recently brought my can in for service and was treated like an actual person. Not like down in Loudoun County where all automotive shope see dollar signs when you bring your car in for service. I highly recommend Jays Automotive. And will bring my car in for service when needed. 5 Star.

I’m fairly new to the area and have tried a few different auto shops, but I’m really glad I found this one. They’ve been honest, thorough, upfront, and dependable, and that means a lot to me. I’ve always had family members who took care of my cars, so having to rely on a local shop is a little new for me. Finding a place where I feel comfortable and know I’m being treated honestly is really important. This shop has given me that peace of mind. They take the time to explain things, do thorough work, and I never feel pressured into something I don’t need. Quoted $13680 for used engine with 85k miles. Ford replacing with new for $13692 with loaner car included. Lacking on follow up and communication. Great place for an oil change!
